Onyx has a softness I like for a bathroom, so I kept this one pale: polished green onyx crossed by translucent bands of mint, jade and white.
Twelve to sixteen thin bands drift across each repeat, long and gently wavy, just off the horizontal. The sheets butt edge to edge and the bands carry on with no visible join, so the floor reads as one seamless slab. It is seen flat in soft, even light. I imagine it in a dollhouse bathroom, a little spa or a pale entrance hall.
