This colourway I wanted fresher, for a sunroom where plants climb the windows: a sage-green lattice on white, with small sunflower bouquets in every second diamond.
One diamond holds a bouquet, the next stays empty, so the white shows through and the wall feels open. The sunflowers are yellow with brown centres, set against the sage in flat colour with crisp edges and a slightly naive gouache touch. I see it in a dollhouse sunroom with a potting bench and a watering can, or in a bright kitchen that looks onto the garden.
